The final performance of 'The Wizard of Oz' took place last night among torrential rainstorms and rising winds! The Blue team had the honour and gave the audience an evening to remember. At the end of the show, Mrs Copus gave Mr Hancock a long-service award - he has been accompanying the summer production since 1987 - a staggering 37 years! Indeed, Mrs Copus was in the cast of his first performance, which was 'Oliver!'.
What a fantastic show the children have put on over this past week; they have worked so hard learning their lines and the stage directions, ably instructed by Miss Callender and Miss Turner.
