Yr 4 had an amazing day at Pulborough RSPB, discovering all about mini-beasts. Each class studied a land environment, looking under logs and shaking trees to see what mini-beasts they could find. They then went pond-dipping and were lucky enough to find several great crested newts, as well as numerous other aquatic creatures. They also categorised these into herbivore, carnivore and omnivore. All in all, a great day!
